Claiming Refunds FAQs
Please ensure you are entering a valid RFID and not the QR code.
The RFID number is printed on the back of the wristband under RFID NUMBER.
Please ensure you are not entering any characters, numbers or symbols. Only letters should be entered.
The & symbol should be typed as and.
The bank account name may need to be shortened in order to fit within the bank payment parameters.
Please double check your BSB number. This should be a 6-digit number only.
You will receive an email back within 24 hours confirming receipt. (If it isn’t in your Inbox, please check your Junk/Spam folder.)
Banks can take up to 14 working days to process the refund.
We are unable to track lost, damaged or misplaced refunds. If your wristband is lost or damaged, we will not be able to provide a refund.
Unfortunately not. Australian bank accounts only.
Refunds requested outside of this window cannot be processed. The refund window has been advertised extensively prior to and during the festival and once closed, no further applications can be made.
Some banks take longer than others to process the refund. Please wait 14 working days from your request date for the funds to appear and please ensure you check the specific bank account you submitted in your refund request.
